How do you practice gratitude in your life?
Do you sometimes feel guilty for not being more grateful during trials and heartaches?
It’s safe to say, we all do, and Christie Gardner and Michelle McCullough are here today to help you see that and to help you know it’s okay to feel that. They also want you to know that gratitude can be a great tool for finding solutions during a challenge. Challenges remind us what it is to be human, and gratitude reminds us what it is to be spiritual beings. Therefore, gratitude can help us find the light in life’s dark places. Our challenge to you is to find new ways to practice gratitude without feeling guilty that you don’t practice gratitude as much as you think you should. Instead of focusing on how often you feel gratitude, focus on some different, new ways you can practice it. Remeber, women are that they might have joy, and gratitude comes through joy!
